Building and room layout
Aparthotel Good Time is 3 accommodation facilities located within one tenement house, at a common address, ul. Piotrkowska 120 and apartments at Piotrkowska 82. The layout of tenement houses is very characteristic of Łódź. It was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th century in the course of the development of buildings along ul. Piotrkowska. The tenement house has an internal, long and narrow courtyard with access only from ul. Piotrkowska. The courtyard is surrounded by high, four-storey buildings, creating the so-called: “Łódź well”. The buildings are entered through separate staircases. Some stairs leading to the rooms are wooden, and the other are terazzo. There is no elevator in our building. Rooms are located on floors I to IV. Unfortunately, due to this layout, the property cannot offer facilities for people with disabilities and mobility difficulties. The windows of the rooms overlook the courtyard, and in the case of front tenement house – also on Piotrkowska Street.
Furnishings
Our studios and apartments have been equipped with ensuring you a comfortable stay in mind. The standard of all our rooms is comparable. You will find:

in larger rooms there are also fold-out sofas, on which we offer additional sleeping places. The sofas are full-size and provide a comfortable sleep for 1 or 2 adults
Reception frontdesk and lobby
All our facilities are maintained by one Reception desk. The entrance is inside the courtyard in the right outbuilding. It is clearly marked with a signboard. We invite all guests to contact the Reception Staff with all matters relating to their stay with us. Next to the Reception is our famous, atmospheric lobby – a favorite place for guests to rest. Here, 24/7, you can help yourself to freshly ground coffee from the coffee machine. Many flavors of tea are also available.
Breakfasts
We cordially invite all guests for breakfast. You can choose to buy breakfast both at the time of booking, at check-in and during your stay. Please report your decision at the Reception.
Parking lot
We offer two types of parking spaces – we encourage you to make a choice that is convenient for you:
paid parking in the courtyard – located directly next to the building, in the narrow courtyard of our tenement house. Entry / exit is possible only through the gate from ul. Piotrkowska in the front tenement house. The number of parking spaces is limited by the architecture of the building. We do not make reservations of these spaces. The principle of availability is – available until no spaces are left. Parking in the courtyard is monitored and unguarded.
paid car park 350m from the facility – it is a large, guarded parking lot, 24 hours a day. The fee for a parking day is payable at the Reception. You can walk from the parking lot to the building in about 5 minutes. The Receptionist will provide you with a map with the route and information about the parking price.
